You may remember one of my most popular blog posts, titled Shoulder Length Hair Guide. If you're in love with your long hair then this new post is for you. Here we'll explore your options for maintaining your length while switching it up a bit to give you a change during your next haircut.
Bangs with Layers: Add some movement around your face and throughout your haircut. You’ll end up changing the overall shape while adding a focal point.
Bangs Without Layers: Add some movement around your face, and leave the rest of your hair long with weight. You'll end up with a heavier and more solid look, not too unlike the haircuts we had as kids.
Add Texture by Removing Weight: You don't have to add layers or fringe for a huge impact. If your hair feels heavy, you have the option of adding movement by removing bulk to lighten weight in between the length.
Layers No Bangs: Add movement to the surface of your hair with layers. The shorter the layer the more noticeable the movement.
Blunt Ends: Strong, defined ends give width to the entire cut.
Window Pane Bangs: Generally a middle part with shorter pieces around your face. It's not quite a bang, and is great for wearing your hair up too.
